Subscription change rules

Upgrade mid-subscription: Takes effect immediately, with a fresh billing cycle starting now (month or year). Immediate charge: new plan amount minus the prorated remaining value of your current bill. The next bill resumes the normal cycle.
Downgrade mid-subscription: Takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If your current settings (locations, resources, staff seats, etc.) exceed the new plan's limits, the system will automatically deactivate the excess items.

Notes:

Trial does not require a credit card. It expires automatically at the end of the trial period — you can upgrade to Starter or higher any time during the trial.
API and webhook are not customer-facing features in this version.
All paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can switch billing cycle or cancel any time from the admin portal.
